Travel Policy

Childcare Essentials has not included Travel Expenses into its costings such as transportation costs (including flights, UBER/TAXI/Car/ Car hire, petrol, parking fees, tolls), and accommodation accrued during a client visit.

We use the current ATO cents per kilometre method, which is commonly used to approximate travel costs, applies the 2024-25 rates of 88 cents per kilometre for the distance travelled to and from our Office. This method aids in calculating the total expenses associated with business travel efficiently.
